Effective October 31, 2026
This site belongs to Sky Brands LLC, the licensed Michigan cannabis processor behind Motor City Cannabites, Chewii, Bossy, Flight, Ripz and King Cole (License AU-P-000532). It is a wholesale showcase for licensed retailers and adults 21 and older. We do not sell anything to consumers through this site.
What we collect
- The rep request form. If you ask for a sales rep, we collect what you type: your name, store, Michigan licence number, email, phone and message.
- The age question. When you confirm you are 21 or older, the site sets one small cookie so it does not ask again on every page. No birthdate is collected or stored.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and uptime, like nearly every website.
That is the whole list. This site has no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels and no social media buttons that report on you.
What we do with it
- Check the licence number you give us against Michigan’s public licensing records, because we can only sell to licensed businesses.
- Respond to your request and, if you become a customer, keep your contact details in our customer system so your rep knows who you are.
- Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing to anyone who has not asked to hear from us.
Cookies
One cookie, set only after you answer the age question, remembering your answer. Delete it in your browser and the age question comes back. That’s it.
Your choices
Want to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Ask through the form on our For Dispensaries page and we will take care of it.
Age
This site is for adults 21 and older and licensed businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has submitted information here, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
